Chris is an Associate in Maynard’s Government Solutions Group. He helps contractors and other businesses navigate any number of complex issues. Although you will often find Chris representing government contractors and other businesses in litigation, he is just as competent in helping them win in the boardroom or at the deal table by assisting with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other transactions. Chris also works in the Firm’s Real Estate, Banking, and Finance practice areas to assist financial institutions and developers in a variety of commercial lending and real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Maynard, Chris practiced with a firm in Huntsville, Alabama; interned with the Honorable Beatrice Butchko in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court in Miami, Florida; and interned in the Madison County District Attorney’s Office.

Chris received his J.D. from Tulane University School of Law and holds his B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Alabama.
